Case Study

The Government of the Turks and Caicos has made a significant contract with its citizens and as they deliver on that contract they are pleased and proud to tell their story. The want the people to hold them accountable. They have been working to change the practice of the last 50 years, where the cultural and social development of our people took a back seat to economic development. To ensure long term economic security and prosperity, they invested in food production, environmental protection and infrastructural development. They came to Office during a very difficult time. The economy was floundering. Tourist arrivals were the lowest in recent years. Cruise ships were not calling because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Turks & Caicos Islands have come a long way.
